I bought a new 992 in 2019. While I find it to be a nice camper, it has a number of glaring design flaws and even came with a non-functional fridge that took SIX MONTHS to get working (meanwhile, I'm making payments and not able to use the camper). Northwood refused to help; in fact, an email that I saw on the topic was, and I quote, "Not our problem; talk to Norcold." I find it awesome (sarcasm) that you would ship a camper with a non-functioning fridge. Doesn't help that the dealer also didn't test it. Like I said nice camper, but I will NEVER own another Northwood product after this experience.

Where is all the spray foam? You could double the R values if your spray insulate them. I live in Canada its regularly drops below -30 & even more often over +30. I have doubts about the single thin bat of insulation for the floor. Do you have the total insulation values for the roof, walls & floor? Do all the outside compartments lower the total insulation value? There so many features offered here I am not interested in. If I do not want your radio, tv or satallite dish would the price be lower? I want a home to live in not graphics on the outside. 🤦‍♂

Why do they keep putting the door right by the bed and the bathroom in the kitchen 😢

I just want to start by saying I love Northwood RVs and this is not a criticism just a suggestion,I believe your open to hearing from your viewers , so here's my suggestion, it looks like there's room under the bed to put 2 pull out deep drawers up high and 2 more down low,either all on one side of bed or spilt it up on end and side of bed, this way you're not struggling to lift up the bed to access that storage underneath ,also it looks like you can put another thin hanging closet above that nightstand as well as maybe a shelf or one cabinet over the head of the bed it would give you a lot more storage options and a plug by that nightstand would be nice as well, I know it would add to the price of the RV but I think it would be well worth it and make it more suitable for couples or a solo camper who lives in it fulltime, and this way you wouldn't have to use the kitchen pantry for clothes, just my opinion but I hope you would strongly consider it I think it would make this camper much better without having to add length to it, thanks for hearing me out.
